- The 27th Annual National Scholastic Indoor Championship will be held March 12-14, 2010 at the New Balance Track & Field Center. The National Scholastic Indoor Championship (NSIC), was established in 1984 by the Metropolitan Athletics Congress, to brings together the top high school athletes in the United States. The Metropolitan Athletics Congress is a not-for-profit organization, founded in 1980. We are dedicated to inspiring and supporting youth to strive for both athletic and academic excellence.

- Media deadlines
- Media seeking credentials to cover the 2010 National Scholastic Indoor Championship should fill out the request form below. Request should be made prior to March 2, 2010. Credentials are limited. USATF-Metropolitan reserves the right to grant, deny, or limit media credentials.

- Eligibility
- USATF-Metropolitan will issue media credentials to members of the working press only. Journalists who receive credentials must be on assignment for a specific media outlet at each event. All journalists who wish to attend 2010 National Scholastic Indoor Championship must submit an email request (to NSIC2010@aol.com) with the following information:

- Email
- Assigning Publication/Website
- URL of Publication
- Day(s) attending the NSIC
- Type of Pass that you are requesting (Internet Photographer, Internet Reporter, Print Photographer, Print Reporter)

- Credential usage
- Credentials must be worn at all times. Each media credential is issued specifically for the journalist who was accepted through the credential process. Any media outlet which wishes to change the name(s) of their credentialled journalist(s) may do so, in writing to USATF-Metropolitan, prior to the competition. Credentials may not be given or lent to another person for any reason. Credentialed journalists will receive admission to the event, access to media work areas at the event venue, as well as any other areas where media accreditation is provided access. Misuse of a National Scholastic Indoor Championship media credential will result in loss of your credential, removal from the media areas, and the possible loss of credential privileges for future events

- Photographers
- The National Scholastic Indoor Championship/USATF-Metropolitan prohibits the sale of photographs from its events, and will not credential any photographers whose photos will be used for any purpose other than media coverage. Photography locations and restrictions will be clearly indicated. There will be a limited amount of photographers on the infield. Photographers who do not adhere to these rules will have their credential removed.
